PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR TEE TIME
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to maintain fairness and availability for all golfers, we enforce a cancellation policy for tee time reservations.
Reservations may be cancelled or changed online up to 12 hours prior to the tee time and you will not be charged. Within 12 hours of your tee time, if you need to change your booking you must call into the Pro Shop and speak to our attendant, a voicemail message will not be accepted. If the course is unplayable due to weather or other circumstances you will not be charged. Please note, golfers that do not show up to a tee time made in their name, and do not notify the Pro Shop of cancellation, will be charged the full green fee rate for their booking. If you booked a foursome and show up with less, you will be charged 35% or the green fee rate for the absent golfers. If a golfer cancels their foursome within 12 hours and turns into a twosome, Langley Golf Centre reserves the right to pair their group with a pre-existing group to create a foursome. Alternatively, the twosome can pay for a third golfer to keep the tee time spot.
No Show Policy: If any members of your group do not show up without prior notice, we will charge the credit card on file for any guests who did not arrive at 35% of the green fee. If the entire group does not show up without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the green fee(s). Before you book your tee times, make sure you can fill those spots to avoid the extra charges.
Arrival and Check-In: Golfers must arrive at the course at least 30 minutes prior to their booked tee time. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you leave your golf clubs outside the building. It is essential that each golfer possesses their own set of clubs and bag for the duration of play. Players must check-in at the Pro Shop to pay for their reservation. If using a coupon, all golfers included must be present. Golfers must be at the first tee at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of the tee time and subject to no-show fee.
While On The Course: To maintain a steady pace of play, we aim for a 3-hour completion time for 18 holes and encourage golfers to keep pace with the group ahead. Furthermore, we request that pull carts and power carts be kept off the tee boxes, greens, and fringe. It is also our collective responsibility to replace divots, rake bunkers, and repair all ball marks to preserve the course's integrity. Golfers are advised that jumping around to random holes or skipping holes forfeits those holes; there is no opportunity to make up missed holes by returning to previous ones.
Power Cart Policies: Our power cart rental policy allows for up to 2 players per cart, ensuring an efficient pace of play and maintaining the integrity of our course. Please note that power carts are unavailable for rent after 4:00 PM, so we encourage early booking to secure your cart for your preferred tee time. To operate a power cart, guests must be at least 19 years old and possess a valid BC driver's license, prioritizing safety for all players. Additionally, we kindly ask that power carts be kept a minimum of 20 feet away from greens and off the tee boxes to preserve the quality of our course. We do not allow personal power carts, golf scooters, boards or bikes on our course. While our power cart fleet is limited, Langley Golf Centre reserves the right to rent carts exclusively to those with mobility issues preventing them from comfortably walking the course. For further inquiries or to reserve your power cart in advance, please reach out to us.
Liquor Policy: Alcoholic beverages other than those purchased at the Par Buster Bistro are not permitted. All outside alcohol will be confiscated immediately by golf course staff. No Tailgating or gatherings consuming liquor in the parking lot as this is against our liquor license.
Golfer Companion: Adults of junior golfers must register their arrival with the Pro Shop staff to inform them of walking with their child. Other’s who wish to walk along with golfers must inform the Pro Shop staff at time of check-in. If golf course staff notices non-playing customers (walk along) golfing, Langley Golf Centre reserves the right to ask customer to leave the course. Golfers wanting to bring their dog with them for their round must abide by the following rules: Pets must always stay off the greens and out of the bunkers. Pets must be kept on a 4-6 foot leash and attached to the golfer’s bag or cart at all times. Pets are not permitted on Power Carts. Pet owners must pick up their pet’s mess and take the mess bag with them off the property. If pet owners are found not following these set rules, they may be asked to leave the course by golf course staff, forfeiting their round.
Refund or Rain Checks: Please be aware we do not offer refunds or rain checks unless the course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by Langley Golf Centre Management. A minimum of 1 hour waiting time will be observed before a rain check is given to customers from the pro shop attendant.
While enjoying your time at Langley Golf Centre, please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to equipment or vehicles, nor for any injuries sustained while on our property. Sign into the Tee-On Golf system
Click on ‘Menu’
Click on 'Edit a Tee Time'
Select the booking you want to edit, by clicking the gray box
Click on Delete, Edit or Move
Make the changes to your booking
