Tournaments & Group Events
Whether you’re looking to host your company’s annual tournament, getting together for a family reunion or forming a team-building event we can help with that! If you are interested in hosting a lunch or dinner following your round of golf we would be happy to provide you with a meal option. Our tournaments are hosted in our Par Buster Bistro that can accommodate up to 60 guests inside and up to 70 guests outside on our covered patio. For our larger groups, banquet rooms can be rented, be sure to ask us for our available dates.

Tournament supplement fee $2.00 per person. Each participant will receive a tee package consisting of tees, ball marker and repair tool.
Organizer will receive one (1) complimentary green fee for 24 paid participants, two (2) for 40, three (3) for 60, four (4) for 80, etc.
· A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Final number confirmation is required 7 days in advance.
· In determining the number of players, be as accurate as possible. You will be charged the full amount of your final confirmation.
· Deposit is forfeited due to cancellation.
REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS:
Please be aware we do not offer refunds or rain checks unless the course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by Langley Golf Centre Management. A minimum of 1 hour waiting time will be observed before a rain check is given to customers from the pro shop attendant.
ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Final number of players must be confirmed 7 days prior to tournament.
Inform players of our Course Rules and Regulations.
Advise our staff of any special needs, i.e. food services, prize requirements, etc.
Have a representative arrive at least 1 hour before the first tee time to finalize details and pay for the event.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Each player must have their own set of clubs.
Driving Range balls are the property of Langley Golf Centre and are not to be used on the course.
Pace of play is 3 hours for 18 holes. Please keep pace with the group ahead.
Keep pull carts and power carts off of the tee boxes, greens and fringe.
Replace all divots, rake bunkers and repair all ball marks.
No outside alcohol permitted. Confiscation and prompt dismissal may result.
No lengthy golf instruction to be given to one another on the course.
Proper etiquette and conduct is to be maintained at all times.
Langley Golf Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to any equipment and vehicles or injury to any person while on the property.

From tangy ketchup and zesty mustard to crispy onions and crunchy relish, the possibilities are endless as you customize your hot dog just the way you like it. Paired with Classic Lay’s Potato Chips and a Cold Pepsi Cola Bottled Beverage.
What to expect
Our Tournament Meals are served Buffet Style, allowing your guests to customize their plates. We can accommodate groups minimum 20 to maximum 80 in our Par Buster Bistro.
