Public golfers: Choose your date, approximate time, number of holes, and golfers. Select an available tee time and any carts, sign in, and select Book Time.

Pass holders: Sign in using the pass holder booking button, select your round details and carts, add playing partners if needed, and select Book Time.

League players: Sign in using the league booking button, choose your league and date, select your holes, golfers, tee time, and carts, then select Book Time.

To manage a booking, sign in to Tee-On, open Menu, select Edit a Tee Time, choose your reservation, and select Delete, Edit, or Move. Online changes close 12 hours before your tee time.

We understand that plans change. Please let us know before your tee time so another golfer can use the space.

12 hours or more before: Cancel or modify online without penalty.

Within 12 hours: Call the Pro Shop at 604-534-4555 and speak directly with an employee before your tee time. Voicemail messages are not accepted as notice.

No fee applies when you provide notice before your tee time, whether cancelling one player or your entire group.

Dropped players without notice: Groups arriving with fewer golfers than reserved may be charged 35% of the applicable green fee for each absent golfer.

Entire group no-shows: If your entire group fails to arrive without notice, 100% of the total reserved green fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

The person making the reservation is responsible for applicable fees. If Langley Golf Centre cancels your tee time due to unplayable conditions, you will be notified by email and no fees apply.

• Regular golf season: Check in 30 minutes before your tee time.
• Off-season: Check in 10 to 15 minutes before your tee time.

All golfers must check in and pay at the Pro Shop before playing. Leave clubs outside the building. When using a coupon, all included golfers must be present.

During the regular golf season, be ready at the first tee at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may lose their reserved tee time.

Every golfer must have their own set of clubs and bag. Club sharing is not permitted. Half-set rentals are $10 for 9 holes or $20 for 18 holes.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Golfers 13 and older are expected to understand and follow golf rules, course etiquette, and facility guidelines. Every junior golfer must have their own clubs.

All non-playing companions, including adults walking with juniors, must register at the Pro Shop. Walking companions may not play unless they have paid for a round. Unpaid play may result in being asked to leave.

Aim to complete 18 holes in approximately three hours and keep pace with the group ahead.

• Be ready for your turn. Play a maximum of two balls per golfer.
• Play holes in order. Do not skip holes or return to previously played holes.
• Starting on Hole 10 requires staff approval.
• Golfers playing 9 holes finish after Hole 9 unless additional play has been arranged.
• Repair ball marks, replace divots, and rake bunkers.
• Keep pull carts and power carts off tee boxes, greens, and fringe.
• Respect signs and staff instructions. Give other golfers a safe distance when hitting.

Please show patience and encouragement to golfers who are learning.

Reserve your power cart when booking. Availability is limited and depends on weather and ground conditions. Carts are not rented after 4:00 pm.

• Maximum two golfers per cart.
• Drivers must be at least 19 and hold a valid BC driver's licence.
• Keep carts at least 20 feet from greens and off tee boxes, greens, and fringe.
• Personal power carts, golf scooters, golf boards, and bicycles are not permitted.

During limited availability, carts may be reserved for golfers whose mobility limitations prevent them from comfortably walking the course.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome when owners follow these guidelines:

• Keep dogs on a 4 to 6 foot leash attached to your bag or cart.
• Keep dogs off greens, out of bunkers, and off power carts.
• Clean up after your dog and take the waste bag off the property.

Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave without compensation for the round.

Visit Par Buster Bistro before or after your round for food and refreshments.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol consumed on-site must be purchased from Par Buster Bistro. Staff will confiscate outside alcohol. Alcohol consumption and tailgating in the parking lot are prohibited.

The course is open year-round, weather and ground conditions permitting. Frost, snow, standing water, or unsafe conditions may require temporary closures.

If we cancel your tee time before check-in, you will be notified by email and will not be charged. Check your booking email before leaving home.

Refunds and rain checks are not provided unless management determines the course is unsafe or unplayable. A minimum one-hour waiting period applies before a rain check is issued.

If a foursome is reduced to two golfers within 12 hours, Langley Golf Centre may pair the remaining golfers with another group to form a foursome. Alternatively, the twosome may pay for a third golfer to keep the tee time spot.

Langley Golf Centre is not liable for loss or damage to equipment or vehicles, or injuries sustained on the property. Please follow posted signs and staff instructions.
